Learning by multiplication
Your class is on the verge of a breakthrough. But they’re having trouble with the last part of your leadership training. Group discussion always ends up going in circles. What do you do?
You split everyone into four groups to discuss the issues at the interactive displays lining the room. When they finish writing their ideas in digital ink, the next group takes over, analyzing the notes and making additions. By the time the four sets of ideas have circulated through the class, you get the feeling this training session has been a success. When the groups share their information with everyone, you see that you were right. They know this concept inside and out.
