SMART Board interactive whiteboard crosses the Andean Region

SMART’s Peruvian reseller, Top Technologies, completed a SMART training tour across Peru. The team focused specifically on rural areas to create awareness of how educational technology, such as interactive whiteboards, can enhance teaching and learning. After one training session, a SMART Board interactive whiteboard made a pit stop at a historic site in Cusco, Plaza de Armas.

Greenland schools choose SMART

After a long journey, a SMART Board 680 interactive whiteboard, SMART UF55 projector and USB speakers were installed in a school on the east coast of Greenland in 2009. Air freight, helicopters and snowmobiles were some of the modes of transportation used. All of the equipment survived the months-long transport via air freight, helicopter and snowmobiles in freezing weather conditions. Now there are three schools on the east coast of Greenland that have a SMART Board interactive whiteboard.
